1 I’m telling you right now, when a stock trades at 40x earnings, it has to have growth, period. LULU WILL have a vast decline in same store sales, and a roughly ~$17mm loss in just their women’s pants alone. They report earnings this Friday, before the bell, I wouldn’t be surprised if afterwards they trade down to 2/3 of their current multiple. My price target, that I am looking to reach DURING Friday’s trading, is $45. We shall see.
