I am looking to buy SPF into earnings at the end of the month. Perhaps I shall cover some Chinese solar. Either way, this is a winner.

1. It’s a home-builder in markets with some of the highest demand.
2. It has an average return of over 8% in April.
3. It has short interest of over 30%.
4. It’s less than 1% from its 52 week high.
5. It showed up on this screen.
6. The risk would only seem to be the ~4% between it’ current price and 20 day SMA.
