Nothing like starting of the new year with another useless poll. What are the predictions for 2019? Do we trade higher? or do we trade lower? Considering we start the year down 15% from previous highs, it makes it somewhat easier to feel the market ends minimally higher from 2500. Not a lot of confidence with what is out there this morning.
We have a second-rate administration that is not capable of handling the economy. If trouble turns up, we’re goin’ down. And plenty of trouble is on the horizon.

No, seriously, I don’t know how big the hyg issue actually is. Is it 2008 or something that we will kick down the road agin like the PIGS (rmember them?), where we will go down in the beginiin gand then rfor get about it and get bullish .
I think that the market will chop up and down. It’s what late stage bull and bear markets do.
After the longest bull market in history it’s fascinating that so many expect it to continue. I would expect this from gen pop but not here.
Up – if fed tappers bond selling and CUTS rates at some point this year AND Trump’s Tariff Tantrum gets medicated. Otherwise down.
