After reviewing [[PBR]], it looks like the breakout will happen above $118.85, not sure where I got $118 from.

Can you recap why you like PBR so much above 118.85? Or link me to a post? I know some of the case for the stock as a petrol play in brazil, but why does everyone think its primed for a breakout, especially given its meteoric rise in the past year (40-120)?
