With Excel Maritime buying out Quintana Maritime today, it has me thinking, “maybe the shippers have come down enough.” I am putting together another stock list composed of shippers. Please feel free to add a name to the list.

    Could be;

    OSG is the biggest.
    NAT has been a favorite for years.
    SEA is cheap.
