The numbers do not quite catch the headlines like social media M&A, but don’t look now because the RVLT land grab continues. They announced this morning the purchase of Value Lighting Inc. from Georgia. Now they have a pipeline to the rapidly growing multifamily retrofit business.
Note: RVLT is my largest position and I am in no hurry to change that.

Raul you are so spot on with this industry. There is a ” revolution ” going on in the lighting space and it’s going largely unnoticed imho. RVLT is going to be a big winner I am convinced. I know something about this biz, done a few little private financings with smaller players, enough to see the the massive upside to a company with the pedigree like RVLT.
I hate investing in macro trends because the trader in me wants to just find quick pumps, but I have forced myself to sit through this one because I have seen exactly these private financings myself.
looks like a lot of people used this pop to bail.
