Is is me, or is that article way off base?
Other than the need to create content, what is the point of the writer?

The Fed is trying to keep the banks, and public and private credit markets from imploding, while suppressing inflation and/or denying it exists as part of the game.
A real fix is too painful for anyone who needs to win an election, so we kick the can down the road, with gusto! Party on! LOL

    Everyone knows:

    1. The Fed basis for inflation calculation is an alternate reality, to put it kindly.

    2. The cost of goods and services purchased by consumers is already inflating very nicely, thank you.

    3. The income of the majority of the population is not inflating, pal.

    4. The wealthy are doing fine, love ‘ya Ben.

So what does the writer want the Fed to do?
Inflate further, and insure those trillions of dollars find their way into the Main Street money supply? Do they really want the ignorant masses to put down their iPhones, get off Facebook and RIOT, with no thought of Jay-Z and Beyonce, Kanye and Kim?

How long would it take wages to catch up with twenty dollar gallons of milk, if wages have not moved off the dime already?

I must be stupid, or missing something here.
