I’m sick of people believing in the man that is portrayed by the media rather than researching the person. I don’t think he is dumb. Cain is a rocket scientist…
He was a ballistics analyst for the Department of the Navy before he became a successful businessman.
Perhaps it is possible this is a sign that perhaps the lack of sleep and high stress is too much for him, although given his business experience and experience with the NAVY and that he got his MASTERS degree in computer science at Purdue, probably putting up all nighters a time or two, I doubt that too.
