i guess some people dont get why donations were made to the poolice fund by jp morgue.rahm emanual is trying the same thing here with a “special”targeted mission.almost like goon squads that are privately paid for the”mission” intended,but the catch is, they have autonomy under police and law.it’s all about liability. who gives a fuck about liability in a revolution. i find that amusing to say the least
