So as the global economy hangs in the balance, we wait for Slovakia and Malta (MALTA!?!) to vote on whether or not to further bail out important countries like Greece.
Great, two countries that have never mattered determine the outcome of a country that hasn’t mattered in 2000 years. What a system.

all 17 members must vote…they don’t determine the outcome, but by not having an immediate ruling in a crisis situation it is kind of silly.
Europe know nothing of the word emergency.
