Of course Steve Jobs was not about cash but innovation; His style and success had long, long coattails, he made work fun, created work environments where the individual could have free expression, true diversity, and he made millionaires, 100,000aires. Remember Aldus, Adobe, Radius, it’s a long list of companies that boomed along with Apple.
One more point about Steve Jobs he was a product of the 1980’s, a great decade in America that we need to return to in spirit.
btw, that era of prosperity was begot by a president running large deficits… as was the post WW2 to 1970s era…
just sayin
this isn’t a plug for gov’t spending, just a note that periods of prosperity generally follow the creation of massive amounts of currency (which, btw, occurs through deficit spending…)
Thanks for posting this…… today the world lost a great visionary, capitalist and creative genius. The world needs more people like Steve Jobs. Makes hitting bids and lifting offers all day seem pointless.
