Yes, it is a joke.
They will do away with regulations like the content of buggy whips.
In the meantime they continue to destroy business.
And here is a new one: the EPA will classify milk as a hazardous waste (like oil) and will cost farmers mucho dinero. Don’t forget their regulation on dust, certification as a tractor driver, and rumor has it they will require tractors, etc. to have a minimum MPG.
