Timberwolf May Have Been Shit, GS May Have Typed 5ed It, There May Even Had Been Fraud, But Court Rules in Favor of GS Based on a Technicality

So fraud can only be pursued if the transaction takes place on U.S. soil. How convenient for all those funds, municipalities, pensioners, and corporations over seas.

Wonder what this does for Goldman’s image and U.S. relations ?
