S&P Considers Greek Debt Rollover a “Select Default”

Despite the EU’s efforts to roll over Greek debt they may have to downgrade Greece and its bonds. Not what private bond holders and participants want to hear. Also is this a warning to the U.S. to get its debt in order ?
