China New Year is Feb 8 this year and normally everyone starts to celebrate a lot earlier then that causing a slow down (except for 2009 when China Govt went in and supported the commodity market). Will be interesting if Yuan will be given in those Red Envelopes or will it be USD’s, lol. The USD/CNY move up looks like something that can’t be stopped and China Govt doesn’t seem to be that worried about it so far.
Well China Govt is not that worried about the Yuan slide at this exact moment, last year they shelled out over 400 billion to try and stop the slide and it really didn’t work out that good for them. So it looks like they aren’t coming to the rescue so far.
It’s hard not to love $DIS. Such an impressive entertainment empire and consistent performer. Nice Video.

MSFT has 70m units of Minecraft out there begging for VR, but I wouldn’t expect the older generation of traders to be keen on such goings on. And imagine HALO in VR, holy shit. And HALO has generated $5B in sales for those of you not plugged into the gaming world.
