Without question, having the elections behind us is a net positive for stocks and having a split government is good, as it checks Trump and his trade war against China.

Remember, if they find some kind of $$$ loophole that Trump uses, they will be pressured to fix it. It will open a big bag of worms that the 1% – that donates to BOTH parties – wants to stay closed.
