iBankCoin’s Top Finance Blogs, By Traffic

I always found it rather humorous that all of you piker finance bloggers out there, who concoct Top Finance Blog lists, always exclude iBC, as if we were some sort of pariah. You list even the most pathetic sites, as if to poke your fingers in my eyes. Well, a great man once said, “if it isn’t being done correctly, do it yourself.”

iBankCoin has their own list.

NOTE: If some names are missing, that’s because their owner is a dick and chose not to provide us with traffic stats. If you feel you were wrongly excluded, leave a comment and Chess will get back to you.

If the traffic stats up your ad rates and put more ribeyes on your table, huzzah to you.

But like many long-time readers, I prefer the smaller, elitist, plutocratic crowd here.

Let the rest go follow Suzy Orman.

    Good day, Sir.

Don’t forget Neighbor Fly I have a Finance Blog, although it’s new. It’s called Making Gelt With Steve. So far, I have had three hits this month- Steve,Jr., Mrs.Steve, and Mrs. Fly. Don’t be mad at Mrs. Fly. I think she was just trying to encourage me. My first article was called: Why Ben Shalom Bernanke is not a US citizen and was born in Nigeria as Obama’s Twin Brother.

I just wrote this on Mr.Wine’s (Is he a member of the tribe?) in the hopes of getting on his list.

Marginal Revolution? It’s an eco blog. It’s a good one as Tyler Cowan is a damned good economist and should always be read.

Naked Cap and Zero hedge are basically hate sites for the disaffected and unemployed.

it is likely that the pariah status is driven by the same thing that draws people to IBC. Its flagship blog seems designed to spark interest in the most efficient way possible, by stirring emotions and risking controversy. Perhaps that gives, and also takes. Nonetheless, conquest of the list seems all but assured over time.

    Where would seeking alpha rate?

    Checklist:

As far I’m concerned IBC is at the top of the heap. The ones above IBC are not trading blogs or they shouldn’t be if you want to hold on to your capital. MR is not a trading bog. If people followed Naked Cap and Zero Hedge they would have lost 300% of their capital. I know 300% sounds impossible but NASA has scientifically proven it under lab conditions. Those schleps were calling the banks as busted and gone when the Put-back crap started. If you shorted the banks it would have been at the lows and sucking wind now.

They have also been negative since the lows and every time the market goes higher they call it manipulation by the dwarfs and trolls (their characterization) at Goldman’s Sack.

The only blog that consistently makes readers money is IBC.

I think the Fly doesn’t get near enough publicity is because of the “language barrier”. Beating up homeless men wearing burlap with a slice of pizza may not go down well with the CNBC audience while attending to breakfast. LOL

      Good point J.

However, I must admit, I do enjoy kicking people in wheel chairs into oncoming traffic, especially when no one is looking. Naturally, only the one’s who have it coming to them.

I honestly don’t know one thing about most of those sites, so if they are to be categorized differently so be it.

Your last paragraph is more or less what I said. 🙂

What do you guys think of Outlaw? I follow them from time to time, but they have this nasty habit of listing a thousand stock at the end of each post.

The notion that there are other blogs out there is pure blasphemy, perhaps even adulterous. The good Dr. and Co. are like the Columbian cartels dealing out Benank Grade Cocaine to us all, competing against miscreants running down a 12631 foot long street in Mogadishu, chasing a rolling Krispy Kreme, and unable to discern asses from elbows.

It’s safe to say that the average annual return of IBC and it’s constituents blows those others out of the water…They’re lucky you throw them crumbs.

Their very existence suggests alternatives to the Fly, and this is pure lunacy; The Fly waves his private parts at their aunties:)

Oh yeah, I read the Fly all the time and really enjoy this blog (first time poster-because I am a noob trader trying to learn, long-time reader)

Very creative. U R a skilled imitator of Fly’s writing style. Now if U can learn his trading style half that well, U will be living high on the hog.

Thanks for letting me announce my Finance Blog on your site Neighbor Fly. I did get two more hits today. One from a Jake G. and the other from my Uncle Abe in Century Village in Boca Raton.
I would like to announce that I too will be having a premium service on my site, MakingGeltWithSteve.com. It
will be called TheSteve007. It will involve sports picks and I will be assisted by Steve,Jr, who by the way is number one in his advanced calculus and trigonometry class. You can use Pay Pal or a credit card. The first 5 subscribers will receive a brownie recipe from Trading Nymph as I understand some of you are too chauvinistic to make your own.
Here is a free sample: The Jets by 3 runs in 11 innings because Joe Namath is better than Doug Flutie.
    You are welcome.

Ha! And you think this stugg is “fixed” now? The problems haven’t gone anywhere. They have just been papered over by the Fed via QE which ends in June.

There is a lot of pain coming. They might be able to kick the can into 2012 with a QE3 but thats about it. All the longs will get caught with their pants down like they always do.

Folks like the Fly will see the early warning signs and bolt. 90+% of the rest will get bent over and ass fucked.

Yea, you’re right. Who am I to suggest otherwise. The monthly Fed stress tests on the banks are just a bunch of lies. Everyone’s lying except you, Zero hedge and Naked Capitalism.

      Ruh Roe!

Market headed south, thanks to one man’s health. Apple down 7% in Europe. He is still quite the company man, he waited until a holiday, and one that happened to be a day before their earnings. It looks like AAPL is a buy tomorrow for a quick buck into earnings.

I see your point – however, anything in their earnings that’s less-than-stellar will be magnified by Jobs’ absence, especially since so many shareholders have such large gains in the name.

Jobs illness – I warned you last week when he wasn’t at the Verizon announcement…sorry to hear, but going to be very troubling for the stock, and the Nasdaq. The fact that they announced it today guarantees a blowout earnings report – but what is more important to a fund manager looking at the stock at $348???
