Time to buy some PAL. They just priced the secondary, according to today’s market close price.
If you believe there is market manipulation. This is exactly what happened to PAL. They hammered real hard to knock the price down as much as possible so as to get a secondary offer as cheap as possible. Institutions have 7M shares but can buy up to 14M units. So it’s a good deal for them to use their 7M to push price down.
But now since it is already priced, there is no more reason to keep hammering the stock down. Instead they should hurry to buy back the shares they sold cheap to hammer price. So I see a good rally tomorrow to catch up with SWC.
