“It’s Time For Bob Mueller To Put Up Or Shut Up” Says House Committee Member Matt Gaetz In Explosive Interivew (VIDEO)

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL)

House Judiciary Committee Republican Matt Gaetz (FL) gave an explosive interview to Fox News’ Happening Now last week, stating that “the senior levels of the FBI have been infected with an intractable bias that seemed to favor Hillary Clinton and work against President Donald Trump, and called for open, sworn testimony under oath so the American people can see the truth about what’s going on.”

Gaetz pointed to a text message between FBI agent Peter Strzok and his mistress Lisa Page referring to a meeting in “Andy’s” office (ostensibly Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe), stating “the current Deputy Director of the FBI is a key witness to a potential scheme to deprive President Trump of his ascension to the office he was elected to serve in.

On the topic of Robert Mueller’s highly biased special counsel, Gaetz pointed out that over half of the members of Mueller’s team contributed to Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama or both, adding that “Mueller’s #2, Andrew Weissman, attended Hillary Clinton’s election night party.”

You can’t imagine how disturbing that is. We’ve got thousands of qualified Federal prosecutors, and Bob Mueller had to pick someone as his #2 who was at the Clinton election night party? -Rep. Gaetz

It’s time for Bob Mueller to put up or shut up,” said Gaetz, adding “If there’s evidence of collusion, let’s see it. If not, let’s move on as a country and let’s institute reforms at the FBI so that an ego-maniac FBI director like James Comey cannot depart from the normal standard procedures that guarantee all Americans equal treatment under the law.”

Gaetz also said that Chairman Bob Goodlatte has made a commitment to members of the committee that subpoenas will be going out for Peter Strzok, for his mistress Mrs. Page, for Bruce and Nellie Ohr, and also for Andrew McCabe, musing “so I think we’re going to have a very busy schedule.”

Attorney General Jeff Sessions also took heat from Gaetz, who said “we need the Attorney General to step up and do his job,” adding “we need to move on and get past this, but that will only happen if Attorney General Sessions stops being a spectator and actually steps up and leads the Department of Justice, and shuts down this biased investigation.”

Trump Commutes 27 Year Bank Fraud Sentence Of Kosher Meat Executive

Sholom Rubashkin

In an action encouraged by over 100 “bipartisan leaders from across the political spectrum,” including Nancy Pelosi and Orrin Hatch, President Trump commuted the 27-year prison sentence of the former CEO of the nation’s largest kosher meat-processing company on Wednesday, according to the White House. Sholom Rubashkin, 57, served 8 years in a New York prison for 86 counts of fraud; including bank fraud, mail and wire fraud, and money laundering. It’s nice to know the DNC and GOP can unite behind something these days.

Shalom was the head of Iowa slaughterhouse, Agriprocessors, which grew to become the nation’s largest kosher slaughterhouse and meat packing plant – and the only foreign slaughterhouse allowed to export beef to Israel. Between 1997 and 2002, sales grew from $80 million to $180 million.

On May 12, 2008, the FBI and Homeland Security conducted the largest workplace raid in the history of the United States against Agriprocessors, arresting 389 illegal immigrants. Two Federal trials were launched for fraud and immigration violations, while Rubashkin was acquitted in a state trial over 67 child labor violations.

For years, Agriprocessors used a broken immigration system to exploit workers and to drive down working conditions, and it appears it’s finally caught up,” said Scott Frotman, spokesman for the United Food and Commercial Workers union, which had been organizing at the plant since 2005. “It really does appear the Rubashkins developed their business plan directly from Upton Sinclair’s ‘The Jungle.’ I think this shows this behavior was systemic throughout the company’s operation.” Washington Post

Agriprocessors was fined $10 million for wage violations in October, 2008. The next day Rubashkin was arrested at his Postville home on charges of fraudulently diverting millions of dollars from a collateral loan account to accounts receivable. Rubashkin also ordered computer records scrubbed to hide the transactions. He was denied bail in 2008 after a federal judge determined that he posed a flight risk due Israel’s “Law of Return.” “I was stunned. So I guess if you’re Jewish, you get locked up with greater frequency…” said Rubashkin’s bail attorney, former top DHS lawyer Baruch Weiss. Rubashkin was finally released on $500,000 bail in January, 2009 by District Court Judge Linda Reade.

The White House explained that the commutation was “an action encouraged by bipartisan leaders from across the political spectrum, from Nancy Pelosi to Orrin Hatch,” adding that many have called the 27 year sentence handed down to the father of 10 “excessive in light of its disparity with sentences imposed for similar crimes.”

“A bipartisan group of more than 100 former high-ranking and distinguished Department of Justice (DOJ) officials, prosecutors, judges, and legal scholars have expressed concerns about the evidentiary proceedings in Mr. Rubashkin’s case and the severity of his sentence. Additionally, more than 30 current Members of Congress have written letters expressing support for review of Mr. Rubashkin’s case.

Upon hearing the news of his son’s commutation, Rubashkin’s father and founder of Agriprocessors, Aaron Rubashkin, did a dance – along with the entire headquarters of Chabad International:

Rosie O’Donnell Gets Called Out By Ben Shapiro Over $2 Million Bribe, Tells Him To “Suck My D*ck”

Daily Wire editor-in-chief Ben Shapiro filled in for Glenn Beck on Thursday, where he discussed an interesting Twitter exchange he had with long-time Trump enemy Rosie O’Donnell, whose face pretty much always looks like this.

On Tuesday night, O’Donnell attempted to illegally bribe various members of Congress with $2 million if they’d vote against the GOP tax reform bill – tweeting “so about about this i promise to give 2 million dollars to senator susan collins and 2 million to senator jeff flake if they vote NO,” adding in mentally ill caps “NO I WILL NOT KILL AMERICANS FOR THE SUOER [sic] RICH… …DM me susan DM me jeff no sh*t 2 million cash each.”

O’Donnell followd up with “I swear. I will write them a check.”

Noting how totally illegal this is – even crazy Louise “hard drugs messed with my mind” Mensch chimed in:

Rosie disagreed – doubling down:

Enter conservative pundit Ben Shapiro:

To which Rosie replied: Suck my d*ck Ben

Shapiro responds:

Something you want to tell us Rosie?

Sessions Comes To Life! DOJ Prosecutors Sent To FBI With Questions About Uranium One

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has instructed DOJ prosecutors to begin asking FBI agents for explanations regarding evidence pertaining to a dormant criminal investigation into the controversial Uranium One deal linked to Bill and Hillary Clinton, according to NBC.

The order comes as part of a promise made last month by Sessions to examine whether or not a special counsel was warranted in the deal which saw 20% of American Uranium sold to a Russian state-owned energy company in a 2010 transaction allowed by the Obama administration. Prior to the deal, individual connected with Uranium One deal had donated over $140 million to the Clinton Foundation. Moreover, Bill Clinton gave a $500,000 speech to a Russian bank which issued a favorable rating on Uranium One stock. Clinton and Putin met the same day of the speech at the Russian leader’s private homestead.

A report by the New York Times and the book Clinton Cash by investigative journalist Peter Schweizer in 2015 are said to have convinced the FBI in large part to launch their investigation into the Clinton Foundation over several claims of pay-for-play before and during Hillary Clinton’s role as Secretary of State, including the Uranium One deal and several international arms sales.

As reported in International Business Times

The Clinton-led State Department also authorized $151 billion of separate Pentagon-brokered deals for 16 of the countries that donated to the Clinton Foundation, resulting in a 143 percent increase in completed sales to those nations over the same time frame during the Bush administration.

As part of the Uranium One approval process, nine agencies which made up the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) had to sign off on the deal. The committee has been considered by some to be a “joke.”

“The committee almost never met, and when it deliberated it was usually at a fairly low bureaucratic level,” Richard Perle said. Perle, who has worked for the Reagan, Clinton and both Bush administrations added, “I think it’s a bit of a joke.” –CBS

As discovered in early November by Twitter researcher Katica while looking at FOIA-requested documents, the FBI made several Preservation and Records requests to various agencies involved in the approval of the Uranium One deal on August 28th, 2015, as published by The Conservative Treehouse. Katica found the requests buried in an FBI file released via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Revealing Timeline

As we reported earlier this year – while the Clinton email investigation was launched in March of 2015 after it was revealed that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton used a personal server and non-approved email accounts to conduct government business, reports from August, 2015 revealed that the FBI investigation was actually a criminal probe – though most assumed it was simply covering Clinton’s mishandling of classified information and not the content of her emails.

What Katica discovered is that weeks after the criminal probe began, the FBI sent notices to every agency involved in the Uranium One approval process to preserve records.

This is huge:

The agencies which received the request included the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the U.S. Dept. of Treasury, the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI James Clapper), The National Counter Terrorism Center, and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).

Five days after the initial request, the same FBI agent sent another round of notifications to the same agencies, adding the National Security Agency (NSA) and the U.S. Secret Service (USSS).

The next day, September 3rd, 2015, three more agencies were added to the preservation request: The CIA, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the Department of Defense (DOD)

At this point, every single member of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) which signed off on the Uranium One deal was served with a notice to preserve records.

As The Conservative Treehouse noted in November:

It would be intellectually dishonest not to see the very likely attachment of the special agent’s action.  That is to say an FBI probe originating as an outcome of information retrieved in parallel to the timing of the “criminal probe” of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email use.

The sequence of events highlights a criminal probe starting [early August 2015], followed by notifications to the “Uranium One” CFIUS participants [late August 2015].

If you consider the larger Clinton timeline; along with the FBI special agent requests from identified participants; and overlay the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as the leading entity surrounding the probe elements; and the fact that the CFIUS participants were the recipients of the retention requests;  well, it’s just too coincidental to think this is unrelated to the Uranium One deal and the more alarming implications.

FBI Mole

An October report in The Hill revealed that as early as 2009, the FBI – led by Robert Mueller at the time, had a mole in the Russian uranium industry, and that the agency had evidence that “Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow” – a deal which would grant the Kremlin control over 20 percent of America’s uranium supply.

The mole was forced to sign an iron-clad non-disclosure agreement (NDA) which threatened criminal penalties for revealing information, even to Congress. After a request was made by Reps Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and Chuck Grassley (R-IA) calling for the Justice department to invalidate the NDA, the gag order was lifted, and the FBI informant was authorized to speak with congress.

Tying it together – previous reports of Federal investigations into the Clinton Foundation:

Katica’s FOIA discovery corroborates a New York Times report from November 1, 2016, which asserts that an FBI investigation was kicked off based on revelations of pay-for-play in the book “Clinton Cash” written by Peter Schweizer:

The investigation, based in New York, had not developed much evidence and was based mostly on information that had surfaced in news stories and the book “Clinton Cash,” according to several law enforcement officials briefed on the case.

The book asserted that foreign entities gave money to former President Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation, and in return received favors from the State Department when Mrs. Clinton was secretary of state. Mrs. Clinton has adamantly denied those claims. -NYT

The Wall St. Journal also reported last October that five FBI field offices were investigating the Clinton Foundation; New York, Los Angeles, Washington, Little Rock and Miami, and “were collecting information about the Clinton Foundation to see if there was evidence of financial crimes or influence-peddling, according to people familiar with the matter.”

The FBI field office in New York had done the most work on the Clinton Foundation case and received help from the FBI field office in Little Rock, the people familiar with the matter said. –WSJ

And in November, as tweeted by Wikileaks and reported on by the Dallas Observer, the Clinton Foundation has been under investigation by the IRS since July of 2016, after 64 GOP members of Congress received letters urging them to push for an investigation. The investigation has been notably held at the Dallas IRS office – far away from Washington.

The Earle Cabell Federal Building in downtown Dallas is an all purpose office complex, a bastion of federal bureaucracy located at 1100 Commerce St. Most people come for a passport or to get business done in front of a federal judge. But inside, a quiet review is underway that has direct ties to the raging presidential election: The local branch of the IRS’ Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division is reviewing the tax status of the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation.

So – while the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton was sold as a simple matter of mishandling of classified material, we now have proof that the FBI set their sights on the Uranium One scandal weeks after they began looking into Hillary Clinton’s emails, and that five FBI field offices and the IRS have been investigating the Clinton Foundation on accusations of pay-to-play and other criminal acts.

Perhaps Sessions will see the logic in approving a second special counsel after all…

GOP Cmte Member: Mueller Needs To “Put Up Or Shut Up,” While Sessions Needs To Stop Being A Spectator

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) went on Fox News Wednesday night to discuss the Russia investigation, where he advocated for public Congressional testimony of key witnesses, and called current Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe “a key witness to a potential scheme to deprive President Trump of his ascension to the office he was elected to serve in.”

Gaetz also said it’s time for Special Counsel Robert Mueller to “Put up or shut up,” adding “If there’s evidence of collusion, let’s see it. If not, let’s move on as a country and let’s institute reforms at the FBI so that an ego-maniac FBI director like James Comey cannot depart from the normal standard procedures that guarantee all Americans equal treatment under the law.

Apparently House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte has also made a commitment to members of the committee that subpoenas are about to go out for Peter Strzok, his mistress Lisa Page, Bruce and Nellie Ohr, and Andrew McCabe.

On the topic of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Gaetz said “we need the Attorney General to step up and do his job,” adding “we need to move on and get past this, but that will only happen if Attorney General Sessions stops being a spectator and actually steps up and leads the Department of Justice, and shuts down this biased investigation.”

Mexican Man Officially Granted Disabled Status For Having Giant Penis

A man from northern Mexico has been granted official disabled status because of his 18.9 inch penis believed to be the largest in the world after it was elongated with the use of weights.

Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, 54, is now receiving government handouts for his massive schlong, and refuses to have a reduction because he hopes to work in the American porn industry.

‘I cannot wear a uniform like anybody in the companies and also I cannot get on my knees”

‘I cannot run fast and so the companies think badly of me. They say that they will call me, but they never do.

Roberto Cabrera

Despite his knee issues ruling out several sexual positions, Mr. Cabrera has been offered a job as a porn actor by the man behind YouPorn and the FakeTaxi series – suggesting Cabera could perhaps do more of a “comedy porn” than an erotic flick.

Doctors say most of Cabera’s penis is actually foreskin from extensive stretching with weights, and that his actual penis underneat is six or seven inches.

As a result, Guinness Book of Records refuses to recognize his penis as the world’s larges – leaving US porn actor Jonah Falcon with the current record of 9.5 inches flaccid and 13.5 inches when erect.

Medics have urged him to have a reduction so he will be able to function normally and have children, but he has refused.

He’d rather have a penis bigger than the rest of the people,’ Dr Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez said. –Daily Mail

Mr Cabera responded to haters, satating: “I am famous because I have the biggest penis in the world. I am happy with my penis, I know nobody has the size I have.”

Cabera also has a variety of penis-linked health problems, including frequent urinary tract infections and chafing, which he combats by keeping his penis wrapped. He also sleeps with his penis in its own special pillow.

When asked if his giant penis affects his sex life, Cabrera said: “Some people ask me if I put some condoms on it and the answer is: I cannot. I can never penetrate anyone because it is too thick.”

$1.5 Trillion GOP Tax Bill Passes House For Second Time, Heads To Trump’s Desk

Following last night’s Senate vote of 51-48 along party lines, the House re-voted on the sweeping $1.5 trillion GOP tax bill today mirroring yesterday’s results of 224-201 – sending the bill to President Trump’s desk for his signature, which the White House says Trump may wait until January to do.

As the Financial Times points out, “the vote gives the president a longed-for legislative victory to carry into his second year, one whose scope matches the radical reforms of healthcare and Wall Street regulation achieved by his predecessor Barack Obama.”

But the tax bill is already as divisive as Mr Obama’s achievements, ensuring 2018 will be dominated by electoral sparring over whether it will help middle-class families, as Republicans claim, or will deliver further riches to the wealthy and powerful, as Democrats say.

Mr Trump said at a “celebration” cabinet meeting that people would begin seeing the results of the tax bill in February when adjustments to their after-tax income started appearing in pay checks. “We got it done,” he said, thanking congressional leaders.

The House had to re-vote, after it was discovered that several minor provisions in the legislation were in violation of Senate rules – requiring they be stripped from the bill. As Senator John Kennedy notably said on Tuesday “somebody screwed up.”

According to NBC, One of those provisions would allow 529 savings accounts, which are now used for college tuition, to help finance home schooling. Another would exempt a small tuition-free college in Kentucky from a new tax on endowments.

Democrats roundly opposed bill, calling it a boon to the wealthy while offering little for the middle class. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) called it “the worst bill to ever come to the floor of the House.” Moreover, several protesters showed up to Congress on Tuesday at both the House and the Senate votes – shouting “Kill the bill. Don’t kill us!”

In addition to lowering the corporate tax rate to 21% to 35%, Town Hall‘s Guy Benson noted yesterday that over 80% of Americans will see their taxes reduced under the bill according to the left-leaning Tax Policy Center, and the “losers” are limited to just 5% (largely upper income filers from high-tax blue states). “And no,” Benson writes, “the “one-percenter” rich do not disproportionately benefit from the cuts.” Furthermore, the bill eliminates the Affordable Care Act’s penalty for Americans who don’t purchase insurance.

The average tax cut will be $1,600, according to TPC’s data (Republicans cite a different statistic: A tax cut of more than $2,000 for a median income family of four).  Let those numbers marinate for a moment.  We’ve been caught in a blizzard of misinformation claiming that this bill hurts the middle class.  But even the Republican-hostile Tax Policy Center couldn’t escape the empirical conclusion that 80 percent of all Americans will see their taxes reduced under the bill. -Town Hall

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was in a good mood Tuesday night, telling the press “The president will have delivered the most significant tax cut in the history of the nation,” adding “We will look forward to signing it, hopefully in the next couple of days.” Sanders also hit back at claims that the bill would personally benefit President Trump, stating “certainly, on the personal side, could cost the president a lot of money.

Did Disney Imagineers Scramble To Turn A Hillary Clinton Robot Into A Trump Robot?

Disney World’s “Hall of Presidents” in Orlando, FL reopened today after the Imagineers at the Magic Kingdom spent a year conjuring up an animatronic Donald Trump. The robo-Prez is flanked by his 43 predecessors as he delivers a speech that’s incredibly creepy if only for its lack of characteristic Trump mannerisms familiar to anyone who’s watched him speak. To Disney’s credit, however, it’s all very patriotic.

The Trump-bot was already delayed around 6 months beyond Obama’s, which Disney says is because Trump wouldn’t record his fucking lines, but this here’s the kicker…

It really looks like Disney Imagineers were so depressed after the election they just half-ass sex changed their Hillary bot into a Trump bot.

What do you think?

North Korea Amassing Bitcoin To Fund Cyberattacks According To Crowdstrike CEO

The CEO of cybersecurity firm Crowdstrike, George Kurtz, says North Korea is “absolutely” accumulating a giant pile of bitcoin to fund cyberattacks.

They’re building a cache of bitcoin, if you think about it. It’s an anonymous currency, it can easily bypass any sort of sanctions because there are none on bitcoin, and the value has increased dramatically,” Kurtz told CNBC’s “Squawk Alley.” “It’s the perfect currency for North Korea to be hoarding.” –CNBC

Can someone say “prohibited country” regulations?

The opinion comes on the heels of an op-ed in the WSJ by Homeland Security advisor Tom Bossert, who says North Korea was behind the WannaCry ransomware hack earlier this year, which demanded ransom in bitcoin.

The U.S. government has assessed with a “very high level of confidence” that a hacking entity known as Lazarus Group, which works on behalf of the North Korean government, carried out the WannaCry attack, said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss details of the government’s investigation. –CNBC

The WannaCry hack is said to have cost billions, crippling hospitals, banks and companies around the world – and “highlights the capabilities that North Korea has in cyber,” according to Kurtz.

Crowdstrike is the firm which analyzed the DNC servers and determined that Russia hacked them – however the Irvine, CA company came under fire in late 2016 when they had to retract a botched report on Russian hacking of Ukrainian artillery using the same “fancy bear” malware they also say the Kremlin used on the DNC servers.

The government of Ukraine issued a statement after the artillery report came out, calling it Fake News:

In connection with the emergence in some media reports which stated that the alleged “80% howitzer D-30 Armed Forces of Ukraine removed through scrapping Russian Ukrainian hackers software gunners,” Land Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informs that the said information is incorrect.

Ministry of Defence of Ukraine asks journalists to publish only verified information received from the competent official sources. Spreading false information leads to increased social tension in society and undermines public confidence in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. –mil.gov.ua (translated) (1.6.2017)

So DHS’s Tom Bossert drops an op-ed on a North Korean hacking operation which only takes Bitcoin, and the CEO of Crowdstrike follows up with a stark warning on Bitcoin hoarding by Pyongyang.

French Mayors Beg Macron For Help As Migrants Overwhelm Cities

Mayors from seven major French cities overwhelmed by the flow of migrants, have written a joint letter to Paris published in LeMonde on Saturday, begging the government to step in and help.

According to the letter, the cities of Lille, Bordeaux, Strasbourg, Grenoble, Rennes, Toulousa and Nantes are taking in “several thousand” refugees per month, which the mayors say is causing a social emergency as they are “backed up against a wall” and “completely saturated” by a seemingly endless flood of asylum seekers.

The year 2017 ends with a massive rise in the demand for asylum and the arrival of newcomers puts extreme tension – particularly with the onset of the cold wave – of the classic public and institutional policies. In a proportion never before known, the mechanisms allocated to housing asylum seekers, led by the State, often with the support of our communities, are indeed completely saturated, despite the steady increase the number of places … The evidence is there, before our eyes, in our streets, in homes and shelters: there is urgency.

Every month, several thousand people arrive in our cities. Integrating those recognized as refugees and helping those who have lost their right of asylum who still remain in our territory is a major issue. –Le Monde (translated)

The mayors point to a lack of shelters, and call on Paris to establish a “solidarity network” between the cities of France dedicated to addressing the flow of migrants, as well as an “enlarged meeting with the state at the highest level,” which the mayors say must act quickly by assuming its sovereign powers to “finance these developed actions and propose a clarified framework of work with the communities for a real plan of reception of the migrants.”

In other words – Paris needs to step up and dedicate more money and housing towards the migrant crisis.

Percentage of immigrants in total population

In response to the letter, the French Interior Ministry proposed a resettlement scheme which would result in the relocation of some 20,000 housing units, “broken down regionally” to ensure “distribution balanced” refugees and mobilization of donors.  reports AFP.

in addition, the authorities asked the prefects to establish “mobile teams” responsible for the identification of migrants in emergency accommodation, much to the chagrin of the associations. (Midecins du  Monde, Emmaus, …) who denounce a logic of “census,  labeling and  triage”. –AFP (translated)

As anyone who listened to the French Presidential debates gathered, France knows it’s got a massive problem with migrants. In October, after a 29 year old undocumented Tunisian man stabbed two women to death in the Southern city of Marseille, French President Emmanuel Macron revealed a new policy whereby illegal immigrants who commit crimes in France will face deportation.

Even without new legislation”we can take tougher measures” and expel illegal immigrants if they commit a crime, “whatever it may be,” Macron said.

France has been heavily affected by the migrant crisis. After an October 2016 relocation of some 6,000 migrants from the Calais “Jungle” camp across Europe, new asylum seekers continue to pour into the country and set up makeshift camps. Many migrants are sleeping on the streets of Paris, begging for money and angering local residents and sparking sanitary concerns. Last week, a group of Parisian protesters threatened to go on a hunger strike if police didn’t relocate approximately 100 Syrian and Afghan migrants from a northern Paris neighborhood.
