DOJ Drops Request For 1.3 Million IP Addresses From Antifa Website

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has dropped part of its demand for IP addresses from visitors to a site used by Antifa to plot illegal activities during the inauguration. The ensuing riot resulted in over 200 felony indictments and 19 individuals pleading guilty to various charges.

Of note, organizers Luke ‘pedo-author’ Kuhn and Colin Dunn were caught on hidden camera at the infamous Comet Ping Pong Pizza restaurant in Washington DC, where they divulged plans to release butyric acid at the “Deploraball” Inauguration party, as well as “a series of clusterf*ck blockades, blockades of all the major ingress points in the city, shutting down major bridges and highway access points, as well as shutting down metro rail.” (video 1, video 2)

As previously reported, the DOJ originally demanded a wide scope of information from web hosting firm ‘DreamHost’ in relation to the website ‘disruptj20.org,’ including  the IP addresses of anyone who has ever visited the site – which amounted to over 1.3 million  records. DreamHost filed a reply to the court to challenge the request, stating that it was too broad, and set a dangerous precedent.

In essence, the Search Warrant not only aims to identify the political dissidents of the current administration, but attempts to identify and understand what content each of these dissidents viewed on the website,” said DreamHost General Council Chris Ghazarian in a legal filing opposing the request.

In response, the DOJ has re-filed an amended warrant, dropping the request for the IP addresses, and stating that the government isn’t on a witch hunt for ‘political dissidents’ of the current administration.

“The Warrant – like the criminal investigation – is singularly focused on criminal activity,” the government said in response. “It will not be used for any other purpose.” The DOJ also pointed out that it had no idea there were 1.3 million IP addresses involved, stating “What the government did not know when it obtained the Warrant – what it could not have reasonably known 0 was the extent of visitor data maintained by DreamHost that extends beyond the government’s singular focus in this case of investigating the planning, organization, and participation in the January 20, 2017 riot.”

Narrower scope doesn’t mean backing down

While the original request has been updated to protect the privacy of the innocent, the DOJ isn’t backing down whatsoever – and the IP addresses of individuals suspected of crimes are still on the table.

Here’s the meat of the request:

Not like the rioting children made it very hard to find out who they are in the first place…

Dr. Pieczenik Unloads On Trump Administration Over ‘Disastrous’ Afghanistan Decision

Dr. Steve Pieczenik went on an expletive-filled 20 minute rant today on Infowars – blasting everyone from Trump to McMaster to ‘Mad Dog’ Mattis over the decision to send more troops into Afghanistan.

I don’t need to flash Dr. Pie’s full list of credentials again – for the unaware, just know that he’s an expert in all types of warfare and counterintelligence, ran PsyOps for the CIA, and served under 5 previous administrations. Tom Clancy based the “Jack Ryan” character on Dr. Pie… enough said.

While Alex Jones is currently supporting President Trump’s troop surge, Dr. Pie is in a fire-spitting rage over what he considers a massive lie to the American public, telling the President he’s on notice.

“We’re gonna have a bloodbath that we’ve never seen before. This is not about terrorism, that’s bullshit. This is not about 9/11, that’s bullshit.” –Dr. Pie

Highlights from the interview (video below):

Lies, Cowardice and Disaster

Not only has the president lied to the American public, but more importantly the generals Mattis, McMaster, the people we helped to put in have lied to themselves and to the American public. These are generals who know better…”

Trump again repeats that we were attacked on 9/11. This is always about 9/11. I told you from day one, when I came on this show it was about guys like me and others who said; these generals are cowards. They’re moral intellectual cowards. I’ve known that about McMaster because we paid him. I knew that about Mattis.

I had warned my men in G-2, you put these guys in and they act in a different way, I will turn against you and I will have every American turn against you, because this is a disaster. There is no strategy. McMaster is an idiot.

It’s bullshit. The real ISIS was created by the CIA. The real Al Qaeda was created by the CIA. We don’t have a war on terror. This is 16 years of insurgency in a place that’s not even a country/ McMaster knows that, Mattis knows that, I’ve been in Afghanistan.

Trump is now on notice that we will work against him.

Daddy issues?

Alex Jones: How did they get [Trump] to do this when he’s very pig headed and always does what he thinks is best?

Dr. Pie: Because you gotta remember, when his father wanted to get rid of him and put him into disciplinary action, he was sent to a military academy. He then refused to fight in Vietnam. So he basically looks to generals as if they’re mentors and fathers. These generals are what I call idiot savants. They know what they read but they don’t know how to create a war and win a war.

Does Trump deserve ANY credit?

Alex Jones: Does Trump not get any credit though that he controlled them so far, and didn’t let them expand the war in Syria?

Dr. Pie: No, he gets no credit whatsoever. This is not a question of a grade. This is a question of what we call the ‘existential moment.’ You want to go to war, it takes 6 seconds to go to war. You want to get out of war, it’s taken us 17 years to find out what the hell we’re doing there. We don’t belong there. Men are dying there every day – we have no strategy, and putting more men into this place is not principaled rationality.

Follow the money…

Alex Jones: Why are they doing it?

Dr. Pie: There’s six trillion dollars in that war, and whose going to make money: KBR. Who makes money in Africa, KBR. What are we doing in Djibouti, the same thing. I’ve got soldiers who come back and say what the hell was I doing in Africa? Why was I in Djibouti, Sudan, Somalia? The soldiers have no idea what they’re doing.

Trump has no understanding what war is about. He has no understanding what it is to begin a war, and to complete a war. Neither do these generals. None of these generals were involved in finishing a war. They’re not like Eisenhower.

‘I guarantee you we will have another bloodbath.’

Trump Chooses McMaster Plan, Commits 4,000 More Troops To Afghanistan

President Trump has approved a plan to send 4,000 U.S. soldiers to risk their lives in Afghanistan, fighting Islamic terror and guarding the most valuable opium crop on the planet, which happens to be sitting atop $1 trillion in untapped resources. Where we’ve been for 15 years.

We’re goin’ in!

“My original instinct was to pull out — and, historically, I like following my instincts. But all my life I’ve heard that decisions are much different when you sit behind the desk in the Oval Office; in other words, when you’re President of the United States. So I studied Afghanistan in great detail and from every conceivable angle. After many meetings, over many months, we held our final meeting last Friday at Camp David, with my Cabinet and generals, to complete our strategy.” –President Trump

But hey, if shit talking Marco Rubio’s happy – Trump’s happy.

Who else is happy? #NeverTrumpers Lindsey Graham and John McCain!

Let’s be fair though – a lot can change in 7 months. For example, one might run for President on a non-interventionist, America 1st platform – railing against your globalist opponent and the ‘never ending wars’ they support.

THEN, after winning said presidency – two major players on your anti-war / America 1st platform who convinced a ton of like-minded Americans to vote – Flynn and Bannon – might get railroaded out of the West Wing, along with any other pesky patriots. In their stead, you’d find yourself flanked by Goldman Sachs, Patraeus protege H.R. McMaster, and the very liberal Jared and Ivanka.

Coincidentally – you  might be convinced by those around you, despite your ‘original instinct,’ that sending 4,000 more kids to Afghanistan is a good idea.

Trump had three choices…

A full-scale pullout, similar to the one that created the vacuum in Iraq when Obama was at the helm, a troop increase – H.R. McMaster’s plan, or a scaling Afghanistan back to a smaller, leaner footprint – a move supported in July by Blackwater founder Erik Prince and reportedly Steve Bannon.

Via Breitbart

“Right now, the U.S. is spending more than when there were five times as many troops in country,” Prince pointed out. “We’re spending more than the entire U.S. infrastructure budget in Afghanistan. I think the president is looking for a more America First focus, and not what amounts to a large wealth transfer to Afghanistan.”

So the neocons love this idea. Who doesn’t?

Mike Flynn Jr., for starters.

Neither does Ron Paul

Nor do many of the pundits who convinced countless voters to show up at the polls:

Alas,

‘Undoxxed’ Nazi Flag Holder Reportedly Spotted Attending Leftist Parade

Since the Charlottesville ‘Unite the Right’ protest, organized by a leftist shill pretending to be a white supremacist, several attendees have been doxxed in a campaign led by a HuffPo reporter – resulting in lost jobs and disowned children among other things.

One guy who seemed to escape the scrutiny of the left’s internet army, however, is the one guy pictured actually holding a Nazi flag – something which caught the attention of several on the right.

And today, it appears, weaponized autists from Kek’s army located what appears to be Nazi flag man – attending a leftist parade…

Here’s a larger shot of the info-graphic. What say you?

If true, this isn’t new, as it isn’t the first time Antifa members have posed as members of the alt-right.

Meanwhile, check out the new Antifa flag:

Houston Man Faces 40 Years After Trying To Blow Up Confederate Statue

In yet another case of Democrats trying to erase reminders of their slave-owning past, a 25 year old Houston man previously convicted of a Federal explosives charge was arrested over the weekend after he was caught attempting to blow up a Confederate statue of General Dowling at Hermann park, acting U.S. attorney Abe Martinez of the Southern District of Texas said Monday.

Schneck, who earned a chemistry degree at an Austin college, was found ‘kneeling among the bushes in front of the General Dowling Monument’ with items ‘capable to produce a viable explosive device,’ according to a press release issued by prosecutors.

According to a criminal complaint, Schneck had two boxes of duct tape, explosives, and wires.

“Some very hazardous materials were found (in the house), said Houston Police Assistant Chief Larry Satterwhite at a Monday press conference. “And we are in the process of trying to mitigate that and remove those materials in a safe manner that does not jeopardize the public and keeps everyone safe.”

Per the Justice department:

The clear liquid was field tested as was a white powdery substance found in a small, black aluminum tube which revealed they were most likely nitroglycerin and Hexamethylene triperoxide diamine (HMTD), respectively, according to the charges. HMTD is a high explosive organic compound used as an initiating, or primary explosive. Nitroglycerin has been used as an active ingredient in the manufacture of explosives. ln its pure form, nitroglycerin is a contact explosive, with physical shock causing it to explode, which degrades over time to even more unstable forms. Nitroglycerin is highly dangerous to transport or use. ln its undiluted form, it is one of the world’s most powerful explosives.

Repeat offender

Schneck, rich-kid son of prominent Houston art appraiser Cecily E. Horton, was recently released on probation after serving 28 months of a 5 year sentence following a 2014 conviction for improperly storing explosives at the family’s four homes and his Austin college dorm, requiring authorities in Hazmat suits to remove chemicals and detonate two devices.

According to the criminal complaint, Schneck “conducts ‘chemistry experiments’” at his Houston residence. The case falls under Federal jurisdiction because Houston, “receives federal financial assistance for maintenance of Hermann Park where the General Dowling Monument is located,” prosecutors said.

Kissless, manifesto-writing virgin..

According to a Heavy.com

Andrew Cecil Schneck attended Memorial High School in the Spring Branch school district, graduating in 2010, according to the Houston Chronicle. A former classmate called him a loner who never had a girlfriend and struggle with social interactions, according to the Chronicle.

“I can’t even think of a single friend he had, to be perfectly honest,” he told the newspaper, adding that he was called Ace because of his initials. “None of this is surprising. He seems a bit disconnected from reality.”

The former classmate said Schneck wrote a “manifesto” about the school’s popular girls during their senior year of high school, decrying how they were treated by their boyfriends and saying he would have been better than them, according to the newspaper.

Schneck faces between 5 and 40 years in prison if convicted, as well as a charge of up to $250,000.

J&J Loses $417 Million Verdict In Baby Powder Cancer Case

A Los Angeles jury awarded $417 million to a 62 year old woman who blamed her ovarian cancer on Johnson & Johnson’s talcum powder – the first such award in a California court, and the third highest award in the U.S. so far in 2017.

Via Bloomberg

The jury found the parent company and its consumer-products unit liable Monday for failing to warn a woman over the alleged risk of the baby powder. The verdict includes $347 million in punitive damages. J&J, which faces 5,500 claims in U.S. courts, has lost four previous jury verdicts in St. Louis for a total of $300 million.

The company is appealing all the verdicts, and was successful in halting a new trial in St. Louis after the U.S. Supreme court made it more difficult for plaintiffs living out of state to join lawsuits in states deemed favorable to their claims.

J&J spokeswoman Carol Goodrich said in a statement “We are guided by the science, which supports the safety of Johnson’s Baby Powder,’’ adding “We are preparing for additional trials in the U.S. and we will continue to defend the safety of Johnson’s Baby Powder.”

Long term talc use

In statement on the courthouse stairs, plaintiff Eva Echeverria’s attorney, Mark Robinson, said that J&J should star warning women immediately about the risks of talcum powder.

“J&J needs to see they not only have verdicts against them in St. Louis, they now also have them in Los Angeles,” said Robinson, adding “There’s a problem all over the country with women using talcum powder on daily basis for 10, 20, 30, 40 years.”

Echeverria said she began using J&J baby powder since she was 11, and was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2007.

J&J says it’s horseshit

The New Jersey based J&J has said that the plaintiffs’ allegations aren’t supported by science, pointing to two cases last tossed out of court last year in which a judge found evidence linking baby powder to ovarian cancer inadequate.

Johnson and Johnson stock didn’t budge in the wake of the announcement – considering its $40 billion in cash on hand, $16.5 billion in net annual revenue, and the fact that appeals should tie the case(s) up in court for months to years.

Bannon: ‘No Administration in History Has Been So Divided Among Itself’

One day after Steve Bannon told The Weekly Standard (Bill Kristol’s rag) that the ‘Trump Presidency we fought for, and won, is over,” the ousted Trump advisor tells the Washington Post that ‘No administration in history has been so divided among itself about the direction about where it should go.’

Bannon added that Trump’s efforts to balance his nationalist campaign promises with the priorities of moderate Republicans on Capitol Hill were an extreme uphill battle, as his agenda has ‘dovetailed more with traditional Republican priorities than the agenda Trump championed.’

“In an interview in Washington on Saturday, Bannon warned Republican leaders to enthusiastically support Trump’s priorities on taxes, trade and funding a massive border wall — or risk the wrath of the president’s base, including Breitbart, to which Bannon returned Friday as executive chairman.

If the Republican Party on Capitol Hill gets behind the president on his plans and not theirs, it will all be sweetness and light, be one big happy family,” Bannon said.”

That said, Bannon isn’t holding his breath – adding with a smile that he doesn’t expect ‘sweetness’ anytime soon.

Weaponized Breitbart?

Let’s be honest here. Trump ran on a platform of economic nationalism, non-interventionism, and America first. Since winning the election, his core team has been wholly dismantled – replaced by long-time establishment shills such as H.R. McMaster and Gen. Kelly. Breitbart had been muzzled several times for his opposition to the Syria strike, and his vocal opposition to military action in North Korea was reportedly the straw that broke the camel’s back in terms of his departure from the White House.

‘there is no military solution in North Korea… Until somebody solves the part of the equation that shows me that ten million people in Seoul don’t die in the first 3o minutes from conventional weapons.’ Steve Bannon

Meanwhile, globalists Gary Cohn and Dina Powell of Goldman Sachs are effectively holdovers from the Obama administration through their close ties to Obama advisor Valerie Jarrett, and Jared and Ivanka are pushing their own leftist agendas. While those on the left may love the way the White House has shaped up, this isn’t what Trump supporters voted for.

In a pair of farewell tweets, Trump thanked Steve Bannon for his service, adding in a later tweet, ‘Steve Bannon will be a tough and smart new voice at @Breitbartnews… maybe even better than ever before.’

Via WaPo:

Several friends and former co-workers said that they expect Bannon to use the platform to attack his political opponents, including those he has derided as “globalists” and Democrats inside the White House.

I think Steve is going to be more effective on the outside,” said Matt Schlapp, chairman of the American Conservative Union and a longtime friend of Bannon. “On the outside, if you are well-funded and you are feared and you have a platform, you are going to be a power player. Steve has all of that in spades.”

We’ll see. Many expect that Bannon will still have Trump’s ear from outside the White House – as is the case with other fired staffers such as Corey Lewandowski, Trump’s first campaign manager who pops into the White House on occasion.

Whether that will mean jack shit has yet to be seen… According to Roger Stone, Bannon was a huge pussy when it came to pushing Trump’s nationalist agenda from inside the White House – letting the establishment steamroll the hopes and dreams of Trump supporters. Maybe he won’t hold back now from the safety of his desk at Breitbart.

Barclays Installs Sensors To Track When Bankers Are At Their Desks

Barclays managers were inundated with WTFs when investment banking staff in London discovered little black boxes underneath their desks, according to several surprised employees.

The monitors, installed by OccupEye, use heat and motion sensors to log employee ‘chair time’ at the bank. Barclays joins Lloyds Banking Group in using the monitors, which were introduced in stages.

Via Bloomberg

There was a “phased roll-out” of the devices, and Barclays staff and the Unite union were notified before they were installed, although the bank did not send out a specific memo about them, according to spokesman Tom Hoskin. The Barclays employees said they don’t remember being informed about the boxes, but spokespeople for the bank said there have been no official human-resources complaints.

The bank says that the boxes aren’t monitoring ‘people or their productivity; they are assessing office space usage,’ Barclays said in a statement. ‘This sort of analysis helps us to reduce costs, for example, managing energy consumption, or identifying opportunities to further adopt flexible work environments.’

Ok…

Apparently this is all part of a push to shift to ‘hot-desking’ – or using a temporary desk on an as-needed basis, which supposedly allows companies to maximize office space efficiency and reduce overhead.

Barclays joins Lloyds Banking Group Plc in the use of the technology, however JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Credit Suisse haven’t done so. That said, I’m sure they’re using the finest in surveillance technology to monitor lazy bankers.

Navy Destroyer USS John S. McCain Collides With Merchant Ship In 4th Naval Incident Since Feb

The 7th Feet announced in a tweet today that the USS John S. McCain has collided with a merchant vessel in the Strait of Malaca, sustaining damage to its port side aft – suggesting the Navy destroyer was rammed.

Update: 10 missing, 5 injured  – search & rescue underway.

The Navy reports that the McCain is currently sailing under its own power and heading into port.

The merchant vessel involved in the collision is the Alnic MC, a tanker built in 2008 that flies under the Liberian flag:

The USS John S. McCain is named after Senator McCain’s father and grandfather – both admirals in the Navy. Earlier this month, the destroyer irked Chinese officials when it sailed by contested man-made islands in the South China sea – drawing ‘strong dissatisfaction.’

Fourth incident since February

In February, guided missile cruiser USS Antietam ran aground, damaging its propellers and spilling oil off the coast of Japan.

In May, the San Diego based guided-missile cruiser USS Lake Champlain collided with a South Korean fishing vessel on its way to go scare Kim Jong Un into giving up his nukes.

And in June, seven sailors were killed when cargo vessel ACX Crystal rammed the USS Fitzgerald off the coast of japan, resulting in the top three officers losing their commands for ‘losing situational awareness.’ One of its compartments flooded in about 90 seconds.

The destroyer suffered flooding in three compartments

So it appears that the first two incidents were Navy fuckups, and the last two were merchant ships ramming into U.S. vessels. I wonder if it was on purpose? The ship which hit the Fitzgerald, the ACX Crystal, appeared to make a u-turn before the collision, so it will be interesting to see what route the Liberian Alnic MC took.
