Dennis Kneale: Annoying TV Idiot
Fuck you Dennis Kneale.
This asshole’s annoying voice has ruined my day more times than the visage of The Tan One has ruined my breakfast Benedict. It’s so high, tired, and whiny. When he opens his mouth to commence forth with the on-air bombast, all I hear is the pinching of a dog’s chew toy and the bubbling of internal rage.
His arguments are all pathos and no logos––no facts, just emotional appeals. Goddamit that pisses me off. This asshat is the quintessential pusher of buttons, and CNBC should fire him. It seems like every guest wants to open-hand slap him, then kick him down an elevator shaft. He is not a TV personality. He is an asshole. Get Chuck Bennet up on the set.
It should be noted that I never watch CNBC while trading, but since I am not buying or selling anything today, it’s OK.
It’s almost a shame he’s not more famous, because then I could tell people I dislike “you remind me of Dennis Kneale.”
UPDATE: One of my best blogging feats ever…getting an on air idiot to admit he read my post about how he is annoying. I feel stupendous.

However it really is not funny. He is a liar. A Fraud and hypocrite. He shows no accountability or remorse for the lives he has ruined because they happened to believe his optimism.
This whole thing between this site and the show has been treated as a joke….but the real problem is his irresponsible behavior that has severely harmed people.

You couldn’t pay me enough money to go on national TV and lie and pump the way they do on CNBC, they are going to cost some crazy desperate people a lot of money, and have to deal with the retribution that goes with it, maybe I just answered my own question.

I have to agree. His attitude towards markets that don’t behave the way he thinks they should is not reporter like at all. I want to yell “The market is the boss, Jack”. Besides, his voice cracks and I often wonder if he’ll say, “Do you want fries with that opinion?”
On the other hand, I would love to have had him in my corner when I needed encouragement as a kid. His sappy hopeful attitude would have been better than what I got. The flip side of everyones weakness is often their strength as well.

I agree with alpha in that CNBC has kept him because so many hate him. Anchors and personalities who polarize the viewship are good for their ratings.

What I am talking about is a nice wrapped closed fist, leading a jab, followed by a right cross, a left hook to the ribs, then doubled up to the temple, then a quick shuffle step inside behind a right uppercut, that winds up from the knees. At that point, the real beat down starts, with hand wraps holding the whiny piece of shit upright against the corner post.

DT’s post was about how Buchanan tore kneale a new one…compared to me, who sacked up, and tore kneale a new one myself.
Although the same picture and topic of discussion is a coincidence. FWIW, image search dennis kneale and you’ll find neither of us scoured hard for that asinine picture of him.
I think he was calling out my post because our traffic trounces his…I am willing to entertain that someone on the street reads the fly who linked me. No offense to DT, but I doubt his note caught the attention of wall st. pundits.

Dennis Kneale is the “Sanjaya” joke of financial news. No I don’t watch American Idol but the Sanjaya joke story was widely reported elsewhere. He is kept on tv as some sort of painful joke. CNBC is turning into more of a tabloid junk news source every time they let Dennis open his biased, retarded mouth.

I day trade and have for 9 years and am 41 years old. Dennis Kneale is such an amazing assfart idiot I have to change the channel over to Bloomberg during “power lunch” because of him. All the others on power lunch are pompous pussies as well and I can’t stand any of the hosts of power lunch. The female host with the “I’m prettier than any other woman and I’m going to always make sure my big titties are up front and in the camera, because thats where my brains are” whos name starts with “M” who the fuck is she and what purpose does she serve? What a bunch of lame ass pompous assfaces that for 2 hours do nothing but spout out their pointless opinions which change daily as if their opinion yesterday means nothing today, since they just changed their opinion today to better suit the circumstances of 3 hours ago? I highly recommend writing the exec’s @ GE, especially the one’s in Finance and Leadership (whatever that is!).
They own DKneel. If you can get enough emails there to worry them, then changes will follow. Writing CNBC is a waste of time, they like a FOX NEWS style show on Wall Street cum reality show. The corny graphics and constant whooshing sound effects should be parodied on SNL except that is owned by NBC also. The biggest sellouts r Keith Olbermann, Ed and Rachel Maddow. Holy crap this guy is a tool. I usually don’t watch CNBC, but I listened to this guy for a few minutes today and I was thoroughly disappointed. I work in finance, and this guy clearly has no idea what the fuck he is talking about, yet he’s talking down to some well respected and experienced professionals (the ones that actually work in finance rather than just talk about it). Arrogant, annoying….man this guy has it all.
CNBC: the “High School Musical” of business news. You got the nerds (Kneale), the Jocks (ie see “NFL Monday Night” style business commentary), and the cheerleaders (ie the anchors with tits) all on one network; and it’s always Spirit Week! Yay!
