It was another snooze fest today. I feel as though the only people making money in this market are the one able to pick a >10% lottery ticket, this is extremely hard, and very dangerous. The only moves I made today were going short GRPN as it looked to have gotten squeezed, and buying some GRPN 9/12 $4.50 puts. The good folks over here at iBC are making money, especially Senor Tropicana. September is usually a bad month, but we have us an election year here, ‘Merica. I really like retail, as I stated yesterday, DDS was looking great today. The volume is low, and everybody is still sitting at their desks with their finger on the sell button.

I am worried September is going to be a slow boring month, and with my book flat, this makes me nervous. The key is staying objective and looking for winning plays through all different time periods. Options have become a viable option (no pun), for me, in small, super small, position sizes. Alas, I am at an impasse, I appreciate any and all ideas and input.
