Here are the results from our poll last month on where oil would be in a month. Here is the post: OIL TO $48.

One month after the poll began, we are now at $48 per barrel. The majority voted $48, which also happens to be a strong multi year support level. We should begin to see oil stabilize from these levels, if not, look out below. And, that’s in term of the whole market.

Oil had a nice reversal in the after hours session, I will be watching both $BAS & $SN for oversold bounce plays. The Fly has a good list to choose from as well. See you guys at the open.

Although it is a very small sample size, I am surprised with the outcome of my latest poll. You guys are just programmed to buy the dip.

With the S&P 500 sitting on the 20 day moving average on the daily chart, and The PPT giving us our first signal, the market is indeed ripe for a bounce here.

But, something tells me it won’t be that easy.
