More Rumors For $LULU

There has been some unconfirmed chatter this morning of a $UA bid for Lululemon at $62/share. LULU’s share price soared to $49 on the rumor and holding up rather well on the day. $UA is also looking good on the day with price breaking above the 200 day moving average.

I like the LULU on dips, and $UA looks buyable here into the holiday season. Here are the visuals:

    If the rumor had any real legs the stock would be much higher than $48 right now. Color me skeptical. Is UA already at the business stage where organic growth is done and time to move on to acquisitions?
