Peanut Butter Parfaits
This recipe is recommended for 4 servings.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup SKIPPY® natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup crunchy granola cereal
1 medium banana, sliced
1 cup sliced strawberries
Fresh mint leaves, if desired
Directions
1. In medium bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter and honey; mix well.
2. Into 4 parfait glasses, spoon half of peanut butter mixture. Top each
