I’m looking for a breakout before then. Could be today on this rebound in natty. Next Friday’s 7.5 calls are going for a quarter. Great way to play earnings IMO.
Do you own stock gasman or just options? Nasdaq shows earnings onn 2/16. If you own stock are you selling today? Thanks. Not in this, but if it’s your favorite…I’m considering.
Hmmm….thanks for pointing out that earnings date. TOS (horribly unreliable) shows 2/19. Checked the company website but nothing posted yet. I would be surprised if they reported on a holiday with no prior earnings announcement, but stranger things have happened. I currently own shares and options but am looking to lighten up on shares before earnings. I hate to sell today at the current price, but I have a large position in this. Will probably flip some shares to Feb and March 7.5 calls.
agreed on TOS being terrible with earnings dates
I also like $WCX. If it clears $13 it should get to $15 pretty quick. I bought a few March calls today and will look to add shares if it breaks above $13.

Thanks gasman. In the short time I’ve been using http://www.nasdaq.com/earnings/earnings-calendar.aspx they have been fairly accurate. But with Monday being a holiday and no listing on company website, I would imagine earnings to come later in the week. Thanks for sharing and enjoy the holiday weekend. I imagine you’re in one of the few areas of the country that are actually experiencing winter…lol.
