I went out at lunch to see if I could pick up an iPhone5 at my local AT&T. Much to my surprise, there were some available (3 left in the store), and now am the proud owner of an iPhone5.

Let me first say, if you have an inferior phone, such as a Samsung, it’s time to upgrade. However, if you are a proud owner of an iPhone 4 or 4s, there is no need to rush out a buy the phone.

First thing I noticed right away was the weight of the phone. It’s light as a feather compared to the 4, and I’m not so sure I like it. It feels cheap compared the the 4, like a bullshit Motorola razor phone, CHEAP. But, I can get over it due to the speed of the phone. Which brings me to the second thing I noticed, the speed.

The speed is considerably faster. If you are an impatient mother fucker like me, you will love the load times on everything from browsing the web to sending a picture through messaging. Apple really hit a home run here.

I also like the fact that they supplied us with the new earbuds, the “earpods”, which feel great in the ear. Unlike the previous earbuds, that would fall out my ear on a light jog, these fit snug in my ear and are much better for use in light runs.

What I hate the most is now I have to buy a charger for my car, charger for my office, or get some bullshit adapter. You won’t see me with an adapter, that’s some ghetto shit right there.

The bonus is the camera and the ability to take panoramic pictures, if you’re into that sort of thing. Cool feature, but how much will U ever use it? Still a neat feature to have though.

Siri? who gives a shit. You won’t see me talking into to a fucking robot.

All and all a great phone, but no need to upgrade right away, unless you had a broken home button like me, or a bullshit nexus phone.
