I’m glad I decided to stay put, and frankly, I’m upset I lost a day of productivity over this storm.

First off Isaac is not even a Hurricane yet, it has yet to gain any real strength despite the warm gulf waters. As soon as it hits land, it will likely become a tropical storm again, should it even get to hurricane status.

Second, people are acting as if this is the Zombie apocalypse around here, that’s later this year. I’ve never seen such frenzy for a tropical storm. By noon today, there was no gas to be found. The people of facebook are posting places that still have water, turn on your fucking faucet, we still have water.

Katrina turned everyone soft, but maybe that is a good thing.
