Here are a few price patterns I’m watching for breakout trades. I don’t care to hold long, as I believe we are due for a pullback, but if the strength continues, the following names could see breakouts in near future.

Greetings RC,
You might want to throw a chart of DMND up there as one to short. Has gone up over the last week on minuscule volume. Co. is 6 months in to restating it’s financials after it was discovered they were cooking their book. Huge debt load, no war chest of cash and the common is facing delisting from NASDAQ. Does it get much better? One look at the chart will tel you it does. Poised to break lower.

Hi RC,
Any thoughts on EQIX? It broke out of a channel on earnings, pulled back and today is moving up out of congestion. Volume is a little light so far though. Thanks, Tom
