Who Dat?!

It’s hard for me to concentrate on anything related to stocks as I am preparing to make another trip down to New Orleans to witness The NFC Championship with iBC brother Jeremy. This will truly be an epic event, as it is the first time the Saints have hosted a championship game. The Dome will be loud, the fans will be nuts, this is pretty much the Superbowl for New Orleans.

I remember growing up near the Superdome, pops and I would head to the game every week as people would hand us tickets, because nobody wanted to see the ‘Aints play. I was just happy to be inside the Superdome and be a part of the atmosphere, win or lose. I have many fond memories as a youngster and to see them finally have a chance for the bowl playing at home is a dream come true.

I just got here in N.O. a few hours ago, but the atmosphere is unreal. The city is so behind their team that even I want to see them win – and I’m a life-long Vikings fan.

You really have to be here to appreciate how big of a deal it is to everyone. TV doesn’t do it justice.

How am I supposed to work after watching that video? I am a die-hard Viking fan and only wish I had enough money to fly out there and witness what should be an epic game. I’m just hoping it’s a great game with the Vikes’ coming out victorious.

BTW, bought the May 22.50 AIG puts at $1.65 yesterday, booyah!

Up here in Acadian country, there’s a few of us pulling for the Saints.
As for me, since I was like 10 or 12, I’ve been a Saints fan.
It’s been an unreal season – hope to see them take it all the way.

Good luck RC – I’ll be rooting for the Saints to win it all. As a Steelers fan, I’ve been able to experience a few Super Bowl runs recently and it is awesome. You guys deserve it.

Last times Vikings were in the superbowl was when the first Rocky was out in theatres. He pretty much looked like Rocky out there. Kept getting up. Unfortunately he blew his opportunity for the KO in the end.

well I hope you enjoyed every second of it. I enjoyed most of it but wow fumble fumble fumble INT INT, that was painful to lose when your team outplays the other team but give the game away.

I really feel like you guys were better than any AFC team out there, and I hope you prove that in Miami.

Hate to say it, but the Viques were clearly the better team. 5 turnovers and they still should’ve won it (nice ref-assisted first down on that uncatchable ball in OT, too).

I fear that the Dolts will romp, which means I have to put up with obnoxious Dolt fans for the next year.

One positive for me as a Giants fan, if Dolts win, it will re-ignite the sibling rivalry and force Eli to get another ring too.
