The turkey gods have made their presence known, today to all of you, via indigenous thrusts at the vital organs of the short sellers. It is a most violent sight to see in real time, one piece after another being squeezed by the cold vise grab of the fowl claw.
GOOGL, BABA, LNKD, CREE, DDD, YELP, Z, FEYE …the fire stocks. The coveted cracked cocaine of the performance chasers.
Those who managed to wrap some risk onto these devious stud stocks are now in a position to rain moneys down on the retailers come Black Friday and its crooked nephew Cyber Monday. Those on the sidelines, rattled by the back-and-forth of seasonality and macro obfuscations must chase as if their animal life depended on it.
Who do you want to be, the chaser, or the The Birdman?

Here is my take on all of them….
GOOGL = a horse. Larry Page for President. Hits $1 Trillion cap before AAPL
BABA = I don’t trust Jack Ma, but he seems to be a good businessman(or Con artist).
CREE = I know nothing about.
DDD = CIMT aquisition gives some hope, but I think the CEO is more interested in his own salaray than their manufacturing unit and will eventually manage to fuck things up.
YELP = Unless an OPEN-esque takeout happens, the stock is headed towards $20 per share.
Z = Some people think the stock is worth $770. Insiders don’t think so.
FEYE = Competive industry and where are the profits?
I appreciate your thoughts, what timeframe do you typically trade on? I am usually just working off something on the price chart.
Depends on the stock and my thesis. Can range from one month to 1-2 years. But, generally I am longer term oriented.
