I See Your Market Decline

Yes, market down…but a hat tip to ANGI, YGE, BYD, MCP, and GLUU for lending a hand today.

After some consolidation and a pullback post Wednesday’s gains and we will be awash with good set-ups, yet again.

I booked gains in ANGI today as it hit my target, and have made no other moves as of yet. As with all my stocks that are trading down today, I view this as only temporary, and will happily sell them into strength in the coming weeks.

Also, AA, BAC, FSLR, UNXL and TZA are former blown up trades that will expire worthless today. Some of you have longer dated expirys on these. For that I congratulate you.

I’m heading off to the airport in my armored truck, catching a flight to Phoenix for the weekend. Before I go, here are my top picks for the upcoming week:

I’m sure you’ve all traded through markets where stocks just grind for weeks on end. They are commonly known as “Dow Forty Days.”

“Come, take your forty Dow points and go on with your day.”

As you can see, the Dow got down forty points today, didn’t know what to do, and went up. This will more than likely be the norm for awhile. Get comfy.

Last week, during After Hours with Option Addict, we described this phase that the market is transitioning into. This is an incredible environment, if you know how to select stocks.

For instance, DANG, MCP, DECK, ANGI, PWRD, GLUU, URRE, ONVO are all up 2% or more today.
