I was a little early on this move, but have been accumulating positions in China internet stocks for the last few weeks. That move has been set into motion.
The Shanghai is having a solid week, and China related equities are of the top performers on the week…right up there with biotech.
Suffice it to say, 2017 has started with winship on a 2014-like scale. If you recall, I grew my accounts to +25% in the first 2-3 weeks of January in that year. Never have I started a year that well…and yet gave it all back and moar.
I’m on the lookout for any reason to tapout with my wins. Should the unwashed show up in here to boast of winship, I’ll shut shit down and see you in May.

So last year BABA and other China got destroyed the first few days and generally speaking – most stocks went down. This year so far is the opposite. Next week this time last year gold and gold miners took off in a big way and did very well. So – with Kass and most of stock twits loving gold and gold miners right now – and this year being the opposite of last year – good chance that this is a New Year headrake and gold resumes down again soon?

I’ve managed to start off up 15% thanks solely to calls in FIT and LULU. Might get back into them again later today or tomorrow, they both look good for at least one more push higher. Other than that, though, I’m a bit low for ideas… might have to follow you into China if they pull back again.

Weird..Went to place a stop-loss on PBYI and got message that stop-loss is currently unavailable on the stock… never encountered this before..ever. Anyone in PBYI experience this today?
Got into CX. Follows the sentiment chart very well on a long term perspective. Looks like it is about to pop.
