I spent the weekend completely immersed in all things basketball. Happy to be out of a gym and hopping on a plane to get back home this afternoon.
I’ve been talking about $UA recently, but I’m now convinced there is some pretty decent upside in this name after what I saw this weekend.
I’m sitting in an airport terminal ready to board soon for a short flight home, but I will give a detailed post this afternoon when I return.

I agree that UA struck gold with signing of Steph and Jordan Speith. But I have a ton of friends who are “sneakerheads” and seems like Nike still dominates that demographic. Nike has made great leaps in the casual and running segment

$UA looks splashy I wouldn’t above $85. I think the resistance at $95- $96 could be a problem area imho

my problem with that $UA trade is the double top at $106 / LS at $102 / RS at $98 and the low volume gap up in July from $89 to $95 which is now acting as resistance …..no bet but no action taken either way. just my take on it. I’ll tune in for your take on it. I’m still open minded.

Was just talking about this with a friend yesterday, very solid chance $UA has all of the major sport MVP’s under contract this year.
Probably $UA has a lot of potential in US but i watch lots of European soccer and all the jersey contracts are secured by Nike and Addidas and then Puma as a third. I only remember one relatively top club with Under Armor jersey. Here is basically the clubs that account for almost all the soccer jersey sells worldwide:
