Loose leaves fall easy.
I added another position into today’s move lower ($DATA). I’m not lightening on this move, rather, I am taking on more inventory.
The $RUT is already way beyond the early morning high. +1.5%! That means the focus is risk here. Everything else is trying to catch up.
If the USD/JPY remains above $120. This was a successful retest.
$EEM and $FXI have already broken the tops off similar patterns that the $SPX is trading in. When those instruments lead, we follow.
Look out above.

I like this move and I caught this move, but I do not think volatility is gone nor do I ever want volatility to leave us again.
Have you seen this?http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-10-06/nyse-short-interest-surges-pre-lehman-level
haha that dude got nailed hard
Does that chart even show 2015 data? I’m confused
I believe those date markers are year ending.
very good thanks OA
There are two ways of looking at the NYSE short interest, which as of September 15 surged by 1.4 billion to 18.4 billion shares or just shy of the level hit on July 31, 2008:
Either a central bank intervenes, or a massive forced buying event occurs, and unleashes the mother of all short squeezes, sending the S&P500 to new all time highs, or
Just as the record short interest in July 2008 correctly predicted the biggest financial crisis in history and all those shorts covered at a huge profit, so another historic market collapse is just around the corner.
I know which one you think 😉
Dudes wearing Oshkoshs. A grown ass man
The chase is on for TWTR.
Grabbed some DATA this morning too. Thanks OA.
Picked up $TWTR, $DATA and $AAPL. This next move is going to trap the bears.
LMAO at chubs comment last night about Fly. Watch chubs giggles for perfect timing other way
This is going to qualify as self-help bitching of the highest order, but I split the bid-ask to average down my $EEM leaps ($37’s were $0.18-$0.20 last week). I bid $0.19 and didn’t get filled. Last check sitting at $0.90 one week later. Thought I was finally being responsible and not scrapping for the last penny…. guess I should have just bid the ask. Ok, I can delete the order and move on now……
WOW that SUCKS man… Sadly, I think we’ve all been there… I almost always just hit the bid/ask at this point via a limit order because I’m scared of this.
It seems every time I bid below the ask and stick to my guns, I go unfilled, but if I chase, then the price goes back below my initial bid….or at least that is how I remember it….
Get ready for the “markets don’t go straight up crowd” tonight
Call me chicken, out of HCLP at 3:58.
+7% on HCLP.
If +7% be cowardice, then let us all make money like cowards. Nice work.
