I passed up doing much last week in order to be ready for tomorrow’s move lower. I’ll be able to unload my $VXX, and hopefully catch an oversold signal tomorrow.
I don’t get home til about noon ET, but I am likely going to go for some $SPLK and maybe $FB or $GOOGL if things come together as discussed last week.

Nice to see WMT picking it up a little. If it starts outperforming it could be a sign the market is going through a rough patch as it significantly outperformed after similar oversold readings heading into the 2000 and 2007 market tops. Not a big enough sample size but something to keep an eye one.

Got this guy feeling this morning’s rally will be completely faded by day’s end. Went with QQQ puts in installments all through the rally up to 1 point off highs and now comfortably green.
If we hold the rally then the low may be in.
Don’t ask me why but CBRL continues to outperform.

The only solars I am in right now are the ones I have been in for a year or more. Caught a gain in JKS last month but losses in CSIQ and VSLR calls.

ECB just showed their hand. They never intended to deal with the Greeks. Going to burn Greek banks to the ground and force a Grexit.
This feels like the kind of FinViz screen we haven’t seen a while. Lack of growth names, and Altria is ahead of all of them but $SHAK. Otherwise it looks like gold, healthcare and REITs today.
Even so, I keep thinking this is finally looking like the spot to initiate a couple of mid term plays I have been staring at for a few months (copper and eem) but I want to see things unfold for another day or two. Wouldn’t need to bottom tick either idea, but don’t want to push my chips into the first stage of a big move down either.
