Haven’t posted here in awhile been having troulble finding time for trading. y big dilemma is whether this sell off is like the one in late January, where we quickly rebounded to new highs or is it like the March April period where bounces are going to get sold.
Some people struggle with this on a daily basis.
This is why we take so much of the environment into consideration.

As it pertains to YOLO, you can take singles in the HR derby all you want, but I’d rather swing for the fence and miss knowing that sooner or later a couple of them will be home runs.

@cheesetrader. i was at the derby and the All Star game. Puig was definitely doing a lot of swinging for the fences and missing. much like my most recent trades.

Cespedes, had some good swings. But the Giancarlo Stanton shot that went 510ft (i thought it was further than that) was the coolest one to see live. i’ve never seen a ball go that far, it almost left the park OVER THE THIRD DECK in left field. i think it was three rows from the top.

Just wanted to share my monthly report card on trading July expiry. Something I do for all my other accounts too:
Entries: D+. Been a problem for me lately, due to not being patient enough.
Exits: B. Able to top tick several trades when compared to 1-2 days before/after sale.
Capital Allocation: C. Unequal distribution of capital in option positions forced me to spend unequal amount of time on those larger positions and increased stress.
