Harry Reid Spooks the Markets as He Notes GOP Not Showing Up for Work, Fiscal Cliff Resolution in Peril

Harry Reid gave a speech on the stump chastising republicans for not showing up to work. Tensions mounted in he markets as his speech ran on over this behavior not being favorable to resolving issues at hand.
