VHC, Vernetx, won a very big patent victory against Apple tonight..Rounding error for Apple, although given how badly that stock acts who knows, but huge for VHC. Lots of people were betting that VHC’s claims had no merit –38% short interest–so it could be interesting, to say the least, about how that shakes out tomorrow.
