As usual, the mass media is just brushing the story aside. Originally there were excerpts of this speech published shortly after it was recorded, but the quotes and video recaps had been scrubbed.
I hope the American people realize during this upcoming Presidental election that actions speak louder than words.
The man is a backwards racist. This should have been obvious when he called that cop stupid. Then he had the gall to invite him to the white house and didn’t make any effort to take back his statement.
The one part of that speech that I do agree on – “We can’t expect them to have all the skills they need to work. They may need help with basic skills, how to shop, how to show up for work on time, how to wear the right clothes, how to act appropriately in an office. We have to help them get there.”
I think his intentions are good, but he’s obviously so filled with hate he does nothing to help the situation.
Damn! That video could shift a couple dozen votes to Romney – about double the impact of the ex-bart.com “vetting” effort.
