I read through this yesterday; it’s a fascinating and thorough recap of the VHC patent portfolio and current situation.
I agree there’s a huge opportunity here, however it’s contingent in large part upon the results of the next Markman hearing (IIRC July 12 against the smaller defendants, but the order from that hearing won’t be out for a while after 7/12) and the appeals lodged against VHC’s patents. AAPL and CSCO don’t appear willing to roll over just yet.
