Wouldn’t it be much easier to just admit that we have no idea whether the recent warming is normal or abnormal? Wouldn’t it be easier to admit that a planet 2 degrees warmer is better for humans than one 2 degrees cooler? Wouldn’t it make more sense to just admit that the sun is increasingly more likely to have the most profound affect on our climate, and there is likely nothing we can do about it?

I’d prefer the two degrees cooler scenario.

Don’t have to have air conditioning, but you need heat to survive.
Look at research on 2 degrees cooler. You would be under a glacier right now Cronk.
It’s going to take a mini ice age and another 20 years of no measurable climate increase before we stop throwing billions of dollars at the problem.
Then we can start throwing billions of dollars at the return of the nuclear winter.
