What’s your take on why? My immediate feeling is that it’s because with Hollande in France, we have the end of austerity and the possibility that there will be support to the economies.
100% with you on just how suicidal austerity is (though, technically, it’s not suicide, which implies that one is killing oneself, but murder, with Germany holding the gun, as always).
