Everyone in the country has heard of Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman but few know the name of Trevor Dooley–a central Florida man who shot and killed a neighbor, David “DJ” James, and is defending himself using Florida’s Stand Your Ground law.
The James case has a number of similarities with the Martin case, but has not been the subject of the mainstream media meltdown nor the focus of cries of racism, even though the shooter and the victim were both of different races (Dooley is black, and James was white).

the media operate in the interest of those in power.
there is no left or right anymore…imo.
they all vote the same way in the end and the differences in the two party system are hooks, lines,and sinkers to keep constituents believing they have a choice….
Cronk, if that was true, then why is the media dominated by more than 85% Democrats? And has been for a generation or more? If what you assert was true, then we’d see the media swing with the elections and presidents. That is not at all what we see. Instead, we see a media that drums up support through division and class warfare for Democrats, as this article clearly shows.
Now I’m not saying that the Repubs have been much better than the Dems. And I don’t have much faith in either party. But I can say without a doubt that the media works tirelessly to support liberal causes and politicians.

we know politicians are shady.
not sure why the media is largely democratic. i get the sense that democrats and liberals are attracted to this vocation.
but when you analyze what the media puts out you have to come away with the sense of corporate masters pulling the strings.
Just like they do on K street.
That is how our country has been running for a long time.
Not for the people, but for the corporation by the corporation.
