He wants Wyoming to look into its own alternate currency, its own draft, what it would take for the state to raise an army, and how they might acquire an aircraft carrier and fighter jets.
I mean, really has this guy not looked at a fucking map? I guess Wyoming annexed Idaho and Oregon and didn’t tell anyone about it.
Maybe he’s thinking of the movie Armageddon. If the Chinese can have those ships in the Himalaya, then Wyoming can have a carrier…
