If you close the loopholes for one industry and still allow corporations in other industries to get a tax rebate while posting a net profit (GE), I’d say that’s pretty discriminatory.

As for the no subsidies bullshit…arguing semantics and trying to pass it off as something greater isn’t going to win you any friends, regardless of probably being technically correct.
