one of the reasons why vw left mexico was they were having issues with”learning curve” of the employed at their factories. wanted to get into the “asian” game like gm and the rest. now that they find that americans are willing to work for half of what auto workers used to get compared to what german workers get and the learning curve is better here……..wtf, compared to 67$ perhr. a real living wage in this country has been over 50 an hour for a long time, inflation included and thats on the mid low side.
