Whenever I heard rumors like that without further info I wonder what the motivation is for spreading the rumor. Hope you’re not short BAC and just throwing that out there to push it lower.

whats even funnier is that the chinese just spent 58 mill on common for bac…….but then again,if you’ll notice there were wild gyrations in frannie and freddie there for a while till it got nationalised. as a matter of fact when stockpickr was still stockpickr alot of us were trading in an out of it several times a week till it became a joke, and when the music stopped a lot of us got stuck with the shares. back then they were still trading at around2-3 bucks,when the music stopped we were holding shares worth maybe a buck. so..how toxic,and what scale of toxicity is bac. just think of the joyous rumbles we shall feel when all the toxic housing waste becomes disolved.this is the albatross around americas’ neck.get rid of that, and will have come through the tunnel.the sooner, the better.just look at their options chain all the way through to 13.
