Somehow I doubt very highly that going after international banks will create a backlash against the USA. This article is a joke, if you can make up WMD’s to invade and occupy a middle eastern country then I’m sure the general population (not the rich actually hiding money) won’t blink an eye at this policy measure – its about time.
