As you may have noticed or not noticed, it has been a while since I’ve posted anything. This is due to my deep and utter sadness for the loss of the world’s greatest golfer. Forgive me. I ended the year with a lackluster 3% gain within the ES/TF/OEX system trading portfolio and a pretty good success rate of 67%. See each trade here. The account did not have the desired performance I was anticipating but I suppose that is to be expected with these outrageous swings we have had of late.

2012 has started off pretty crappy having my largest draw down since inception. Regardless, it feels good to not sit in front of the screen all day and manage this stuff. I do find myself wanting to exit trades early to either cut the loss or take the gain if I am watching the trade. Still working on that to rid the system completely of emotion.
